Everyone’s physique is unique to their way of living. Some people bench press for fitness without the need to pay attention to how they perform. They do not need to keep track of how many reps or what type of workout they completed. The PowerBells have a way of tracking your reps, type of workout as well as date, time and location.

So let’s say its Tuesday and your workout involves a Goblet Squat, One Arm Swing (Right and Left), and a Cross Body Hammer Curl. You need to do 4 sets of 50 at a pace of 1.5 minutes per set.

The PowerBell archives all and every move you make. It records the type of workout using the integrated G-Sensor. Then it uploads the data to the cloud where you can access your workout through your smartphone or desktop.
